ibeth.asia (hereinafter "ibeth," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal information processed under this Privacy Policy. ibeth operates the online gaming platform accessible at ibeth.asia and through the ibeth mobile application.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through ibeth.asia, the ibeth mobile application, customer support interactions, and any other touchpoint between ibeth and its registered players or visitors.

ibeth collects the following categories of personal data from players and platform visitors, to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

ibeth does not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance. ibeth does not collect racial or ethnic origin data, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data beyond what is contained in standard government-issued IDs submitted for KYC purposes.

ibeth collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct Collection: Information you provide voluntarily when registering an ibeth account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated Technical Collection: Data collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar tracking technologies when you visit ibeth.asia or use the ibeth mobile application.

Contract Performance

Processing your identity, contact, financial, and transaction data is necessary to provide ibeth's Services under the platform's Terms & Conditions — including account management, processing deposits and withdrawals, crediting winnings to your ibeth Wallet, and operating the games you choose to play.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

ibeth processes identity and transaction data to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, anti-money laundering obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), tax reporting requirements, and data retention obligations under relevant statutes.

Legitimate Interests

ibeth may process technical and usage data where necessary for legitimate interests including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, improving ibeth's services, and detecting prohibited conduct as described in the ibeth Terms & Conditions. These interests are balanced against your data protection rights.

Consent

Where ibeth sends you marketing communications about promotions, new games, or events, ibeth does so on the basis of your consent, provided at registration or subsequently through your account settings. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by updating your ibeth account communication preferences.

ibeth shares personal data only where necessary and only with the following categories of recipients, each bound by appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank — for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers receive only the data required to execute the specific transaction.
• Game Content Providers: JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and other licensed game suppliers — for the purpose of operating game sessions accessed through your ibeth account. Game providers receive session identifiers but not full identity data.

• Legal and Professional Advisers: Lawyers, accountants, and compliance consultants engaged by ibeth, subject to professional secrecy obligations.

ibeth does not disclose your personal data to any other party without your explicit prior consent, except where required by law or court order.

Some of ibeth's third-party service providers — including certain game content providers and technical infrastructure vendors — may be located outside of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that has not been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection by the NPC, ibeth ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place.

Such safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the NPC, binding corporate rules, or other transfer mechanisms recognised under Philippine data protection law. By creating an ibeth account and using ibeth's Services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred, stored, and processed in locations outside the Philippines for the purposes described in this Policy.

ibeth retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following principles:

• Active accounts: Personal data is retained for the full duration of your ibeth account's active status plus any legally required retention period following account closure.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the relevant transaction date, as required by Philippine AML and tax regulations.
• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
• Support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer retention period is required by ongoing legal proceedings.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymised or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ibeth securely deletes or anonymises your personal data unless a longer retention period is mandated by law.

ibeth implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and ibeth's servers.
• Encryption at rest for sensitive stored data, including passwords (stored using one-way hashing with salt) and payment details.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all ibeth account holders.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that ibeth staff members can only access personal data necessary for their specific role.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of ibeth's platform infrastructure.
• Session management controls including automatic session expiry after periods of inactivity.
• Incident response procedures in place to detect, assess, and report data breaches to the NPC within 72 hours where required by law.

ibeth.asia uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow ibeth to recognise your browser, maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse platform usage.

ibeth uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the ibeth platform to function. These include session authentication tokens and security cookies. These cannot be disabled without disabling ibeth's core functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred game view, and login state where "Remember Me" is enabled.
• Analytics Cookies: Used by ibeth to understand how players navigate the platform, which games are most popular, and where technical issues occur. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual players.
• Marketing Cookies: Used with your consent to deliver relevant ibeth promotional content. These may be disabled in your ibeth account settings or browser settings at any time.

ibeth's Services are strictly for persons aged 21 years and above in compliance with Philippine law. ibeth does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If ibeth discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, ibeth will immediately close the relevant account, delete the associated personal data, and report the incident to relevant authorities as required.

If you believe your child or a minor in your care has registered an ibeth account, please contact ibeth support immediately at the address provided in Section 13.

ibeth may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in data processing practices, applicable law, or ibeth's Services. When material changes are made, ibeth will notify registered players through the contact information associated with their ibeth account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

ibeth encourages players to review this Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of ibeth's Services following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree with any material change, you may close your ibeth account and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with Section 10.
