ibeth Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ibeth" or "the Platform" refers to ibeth.asia and all associated services, mobile applications, games, and features operated under the ibeth brand.
• "User," "Player," or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ibeth platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on ibeth.asia.
• "Wallet" or "ibeth Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) associated with a Player's Account.
• "Services" refers collectively to all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, bingo, slots, hi-lo, and any other gaming or wagering features provided through the ibeth platform.
• "Promotional Bonus" refers to any free credits, deposit match bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives offered by ibeth to Players.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling in the Philippines.

By accessing ibeth.asia, creating an ibeth Account, or using any ibeth Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ibeth Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the ibeth platform and close your Account if one has been created.

Use of the ibeth platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of ibeth. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by ibeth.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited at the time of accessing or using the Services.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the receipt of online gambling services is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ibeth or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned ibeth Account.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

ibeth reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

To access ibeth Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ibeth Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ibeth login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Immediately notifying ibeth of any unauthorized use of your Account or any suspected breach of security.
• Ensuring that your registered mobile number and contact information remain current and accurate.

ibeth strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. ibeth will never contact you to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from ibeth that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ibeth support immediately.

ibeth reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. KYC documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of residential address, and payment method verification.

All financial transactions on the ibeth platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ibeth supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as may be added from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya).
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ibeth Wallet within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 1–10 minutes for bank transfers.
• ibeth does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the ibeth Account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may be limited in their withdrawal capabilities.
• ibeth processes withdrawal requests typically within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–2 hours for bank transfers, for verified accounts during normal operating conditions.
• ibeth reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud or AML checks where required by applicable law or regulation.
• Funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to withdrawal restrictions if associated with an active promotional bonus.

ibeth offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is activated or credited. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all ibeth promotions include:

• Bonuses may carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement) that must be met before the bonus amount or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are typically wagered before real-money funds.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• ibeth reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or irregular betting patterns designed to minimize risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.

All bets placed on ibeth are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in which the bet is placed. These rules are displayed within each game interface and in the ibeth help documentation. General betting rules include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules.
• ibeth reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical fault. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• ibeth reserves the right to void or withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, fraud, or misuse of the betting system.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a system error during a live game session, the game result determined by the game provider's server logs shall be final.
• ibeth is not responsible for any Internet connection issues on the Player's end that result in missed bets or disconnections during live game sessions.

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using ibeth Services. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one ibeth Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with ibeth games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using a payment method that belongs to a third party without that party's explicit authorization.
• Attempting to access ibeth's systems or infrastructure beyond normal player use, including but not limited to hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or reverse engineering.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location or identity.

ibeth is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. ibeth supports the responsible gaming framework established by PAGCOR and provides the following tools to all Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ibeth Account. These limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from ibeth. Self-excluded accounts will not be reactivated.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session reminders of time spent and amounts wagered are available to all Players.

All content on ibeth.asia — including but not limited to the ibeth logo, brand name, game graphics, software, user interface design, promotional materials, written content, and all other creative works — is the intellectual property of ibeth or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ibeth platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ibeth content without express written authorisation from ibeth.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ibeth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ibeth platform, even if ibeth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ibeth's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ibeth does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Players accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk. ibeth does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for any losses incurred through normal gameplay.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ibeth's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ibeth's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Player and ibeth. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

ibeth's dispute resolution process for gaming-related disputes follows the guidelines set by PAGCOR. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

ibeth reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ibeth will notify registered Players via the contact information associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of any ibeth Service following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using ibeth Services and may close your Account.
